Back in the day, The "New York king" Notorious Big, said some disrespekful about Bay-area's Emperor, E-40. Apparently, Big had an interview with this magazine, where he was asked to rate Bay-area's rappers/emcees. Big did so, and gave 40 a 0.

There was no internet then, but 40 and his camp got that word, and were upset but they didn't fuss. Little time passed, and Biggie was a booked for a concert in the Northern Cali....
